May 19th 2025: The Flag off ceremony of CIA Youth Empowerment Initiative Master Plan (YEIMP) ICT Scholarship Scheme in Adamawa State held in Song LGA of Adamawa State. The event was officially flagged off by CIA Chief Operating Officer Amb. Wilson Babangida Agboti along side delegates from Song Local Government authority. The Scholarship was awarded to 150 beneficiaries from the Local Government Area in different fields of ICT such as Cyber security, AI Management, Web Development etc

As Part of CIA's goal on promoting good healthcare system and strengthening the capacity of institutions, CIA COO Amb. Wilson B. Agboti atteneded the pre-event summit on 'strengthening Healthcare Regulatory Boadies in Nigeria where he asked some critical questions that bordered around enforcement, and effectiveness. A guest speaker representing Egypt Health care Authority responded to his questions. The representative went ahead to encourage the African region to as a matter urgency advocate for the establishment of African Hospitals Federation, a mechanism that will put in place measures and policies that would promote healthcare delivery in African region.
